About me
With a background spanning child welfare, special education, and UX design, my work has always centered around understanding human behavior and creating meaningful solutions. With experience in both public and tech sectors, I bridge the gap between research, practice, and digital innovation.
I began my career in child welfare before pursuing a master’s degree in special education. At Statped, I worked as a senior advisor specializing in communication disorders, conducting assessments, providing counseling, and teaching professionals and students. I also developed digital resources to support professionals and families.
Later, I transitioned into UX, combining my expertise in human behavior and technology as a Product Manager and UX Designer in a tech startup focused on autism support. Now, I bring this diverse background to a new environment, focusing on designing robust and intuitive solutions for the construction industry.
Passion projects
Outside of my main work, I’m dedicated to empowering young people and using creativity as a tool for positive change.
At Urbant Verksted, we combine art and social sustainability to create significant change. Through creative activities, we support young people's personal and professional growth.
At OsloMet, I teach child welfare students how to use streetdance as a method in preventive social work. Together, we explore how movement and engagement can create meaningful learning experiences.
With these projects, I hope to inspire and support the next generation by creating spaces where creativity and empathy lead to positive change.
